Established in 1993, ABB Hefei Transformer Co. Ltd. concentrates on the production of power transformers up to 220 KV and on transformer components, with an annual output around 10,000 MVA.
The company passed ISO 9001 certification in 1996, achieved ISO 14001 environmental accreditation in 1997, and initiated to implement the 6■quality management system in 1999. In the past years, the company emerged as a technology leader to deliver 600 units of power transformers for Chinese customers in 23 provinces and regions, including 2 units of 300MVA/220kV transformers for Xin An Jiang Hydropower Station, 8 units of 110/220KV transformers for Beijing Urban Reinforcement project recently.
